What we collect
We may collect mobile numbers, UPI IDs, names, optional social links, campaign inputs, IP/device signals, click data, conversion events, and support contact details.
This page explains how LootChamp handles information submitted through campaign, referral, tracker, and support flows.
We may collect mobile numbers, UPI IDs, names, optional social links, campaign inputs, IP/device signals, click data, conversion events, and support contact details.
We use this information to validate campaign participation, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, process eligible rewards, show tracker reports, and respond to support requests.
Payment identifiers, payout statuses, conversion events, and timestamps may be stored so users and administrators can understand reward progress.
We may compare submitted data, network signals, and campaign activity to protect campaigns from self-referrals, repeated submissions, blocked users, or invalid traffic.
We do not sell user data. Limited information may be shared with payment, campaign, hosting, analytics, or compliance providers only when required to operate LootChamp.
Campaign and payout records may be retained for audit, fraud-prevention, and support purposes. Support messages may be retained while the issue is active and for reasonable follow-up.
Users can avoid submitting optional fields. For help with correction or access requests, contact support through the help page.
We may update this policy as LootChamp changes. The latest version on this page applies to future use of the service.
